Coded by us, driven by purpose.
Reimagining public-safety infrastructure through innovation, community expertise, responsible AI, and community-rooted design.
CodedChange is a Black-led national organization building the nation’s first community-centered public-safety infrastructure platform for the CVI and social-services sector workforce. Created in response to the systemic absence of safety systems for practitioners across community violence intervention, social services, healthcare, education, homelessness, and crisis response, this platform is designed through lived experience, refined by those who do the work, and advanced through responsible innovation.
Our philosophy is guided by a foundational truth: those who navigate harm every day hold the wisdom to address it — and they deserve safety tools built with their realities at the core.
Motion Link, our flagship AI-enabled safety platform, advances a community-led model of public-safety innovation grounded in lived experience, trauma-informed practice, and academic research.
